Dodgeball in schools?

After watching the video on Dodgeball in class what is your opinion on whether Dodge ball should be allowed in schools? Please explain why you believe whether it should or shouldn't be allowed.

    i think that there should be dodgeball, and just have people have the option to not play. it is a great way to have fun, and get excersise. I definatly think there should be competitive sports, otherwise, why would you play, and excersise? by Rick Hatch

    I think anyone who thinks dodgeball shouldn't be played is very wrong. Dodgeball is fun and builds character. It is also a much easier and a more efficient sport to play in p.e. than volleyball or baseball, because you don't need a lot of equipment.

    I think there should be dodgeball in schools but to keep it semi safe. There must be rules about how hard you can throw the ball and areas where you'll be kicked out if you choose to disobey. This game should still exist for specific reasons but it depends on how harsh the game is being used im nutral about this topic.

    i think that dodgeball should be allowed in schools because its fun. Its really easy to play so kids wont have to ask questions. it could also get anger out of kids

    Dodgeball is usually a team sport(at least, the way I played it), even when the game ends after a 1 vs. 1 those 1s were on a team. Everybody one both sides help by both hitting and getting hit. You win some, you lose some. It's a game that builds cooperation skills by competition.

    AND it's fun. Keep the dodgeball and brighten up "Shadow-tag".

    I think there should be dodgeball in schools because no one is really getting hurt badly, if you use a foam ball. Also some of the games they were showing in the video were really weird.

    i think that dogeball should'nt be banned from schools 90% of the people love it...and i couldnt belive how redicous thoes people were in that video...no touching in school....? invisible jump rope?

    I think people should still be able to play dodgeball in schools...people need to man upp. Also, the lady seemed to be a little off.. i mean no highfives? CRAZY STUFF.

    I think taking dodge ball out of schools and competitive sports- and all the totally bogus stuff they mentioned is well- Dumb! They so are wimping up America. And I was always the loser in dodge ball and tag- and yet they are still my favorite! It will be really stupid if they take these types of activity's out of schools! Talk about over reacting!

    I think that there should be dodgeball should be allowed in schools, but the children should be able to have to choice to play or not. It teaches discipline and helps kids with their exercise.

    dodge-ball has always scared me. people chucking something at you really hard is not fun for me, but may be for other people. I vote that kids should have options!

    Dogdeball is only harmful to those who don't pay any attention. So technially, there is harm but it HAS to be allowed in schools because they've gotten rid of touching and jumprope. If you get rid of dogdeball it's like "well let's put them in a cushioned box then throw them in the world and see what they do."

    Dodgeball should not be banned. Its a fun game and people who don't want to play, don't have to. That lady who disallowed "touching" period is insane. Wussification indeed.

    I think dodgeball should be allowed. It's not like we're playing with bowling balls or a kind of ball that could hurt. A nerf ball wouldn't hurt anyone even if it was fired out of a cannon. But not everyone wants to play, so it's a good idea to give everyone an option to play or not.

    I think its just dumb how people want to ban dodgeball. People shouldn't have the right to even almost ban dodgeball. The kids have the right to play or not and that should be enough.

    I feel like dodge ball should be allowed in schools. The reason why I think schools should allow dodge ball is because it is a fun game and lets you run around and throw things at people. While dodge ball is scary because of balls getting thrown all over the place and I can understand why schools are scared of injury it can be adjusted. Dodge ball should not get banned from all schools it should be the schools decision if they don't want it to go on at there school. Or the school can change up the rules of the game. So i feel like it should be the schools decision for only there school.

    I think that dodgeball should bed allowed in schools, but with the option of not playing for those who don't want to play. I think that shielding kids from everything is going to spoil the kids. The kids then will have a difficult time dealing with the real world, where not everybody is a winner.

    i think dodgeball should be an optional game to be played in school because some kids dont like it and other kids love it. the kids that dont like it are the ones being hit by the ball and the ones that love the game are the ones that throw the balls at the other kids. so kids shouldnt feel like they are being tortured by others kids at a place where they are supposed to feel comfortable at

    I think that dodgeball should be allowed at schools because what's the point of not playing it? Whoever wants to play it can play it, but if kids don't want to, they shouldn't be forced to play. The no touching rule was pretty retarted, though.
